As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.
About the RoleYou'll be interacting with Amway Business Owners and customers via various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing top-notch support on specific products or services. Our team is truly multinational, supporting 27 European markets from around the world.
Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Amway Business Owners, supporting them in building a successful Amway business.
- Handle enquiries and requests from ABOs, Customers, and Prospects through direct conversations and written communications.
- Receive, document, and respond to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, incentives, terms, and conditions using knowledge management resources.
- Support users with online platforms, documenting and reproducing incidents, and resolving them in close cooperation with our Technology department.
- Assist ABOs in leveraging our Sales and Marketing Plan (Core Plan), maximizing the utilization of online resources.
- Contribute to projects across various departments beyond regular responsibilities.
- Direct unresolved requests and enquiries to further support levels and other departments.
- Protect personal database and apply legal requirements for personal data protection.
- Generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve customer satisfaction and foster an environment promoting continuous improvement to drive customer value.
- Assist team members in developing their capabilities.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Training-related tasks outside of regular responsibilities to ensure customer service meets quality standards.
