Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with top-tier clients across industries.

You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Nordics and Europe, collaborating closely with our sales team to achieve targets.

Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and providing regular sales reports to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the professional services industry.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Nordics and Europe.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  6. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
The Successful Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who can hit the ground running.

Requirements include:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, consulting, or customer success.
  2. Understanding of different industries and markets.
  3. A Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  4. Proficiency in English.
  5. Strong understanding of the professional services market in the Nordics and Europe, ideally with prior experience in a research company.
  6. A proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise accounts.
  7. Strong ability to navigate complex client organisations and engage with senior stakeholders.
  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
