About the Job

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Advisor with Nordic Languages to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients across multiple countries.
  • Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
  • Process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Norwegian/Danish: Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 9:00-19:00, Weekends: 10:00-16:00).
  • Finnish: Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 8:00-18:00).
  • Norwegian/Swedish: Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 8:00-20:00, Weekends: 10:00-20:00).
