Customer Support Specialist with Nordic Language Expertise

We are looking for highly skilled Customer Support Specialists to join our team as part of our international operations. If you have excellent language skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in customer service, this may be the opportunity for you.
The role involves working closely with clients to provide exceptional support services, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will be part of a dynamic team that values professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support services to customers across multiple channels
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
