Compensation and Benefits Specialist with European Language Expertise

Job OverviewThe Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a crucial role in managing payroll activities within our organization. As part of the HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for all payroll, pension, leave, insurance, and other affiliated items for countries within your scope.
This position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Social Security Institutions and Tax Offices.
Main Responsibilities- Accurately process monthly payroll and validate results.
- Calculate statutory and occupational sickness payments, maternity, paternity benefits, and handle benefit expenses.
- Cooperate with Social Security Institution and Tax Office to ensure compliance.
- Maintain disability fund submissions and prepare reports for Statistical Office.
- Assist in preparing annual declarations PIT and insurance confirmation.
- Answer payroll-related questions and inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Responsible for payroll-related Key Performance Indicators and reporting.
- Assist local management and HR colleagues with payroll, pension, and insurance-related administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of processing Polish payroll experience.
- Functional knowledge of key HR competencies and processes.
- Excellent communication skills (intermediate level in Dutch, Italian, and English).
