The primary responsibility of this role will be to turn data into information, which will then support the R&C team in making better business decisions.

The Data Analyst will work closely with the CA & Analytics Lead and other members of the R&C SLT to determine and prioritize the needs of different teams and enhance the analytical and reporting capability across the function.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical abilities, sound knowledge of data management and data privacy concepts, and the ability to communicate effectively on all levels.

Responsibilities will include gathering data from primary and secondary sources, transforming data into structured information, and developing data dashboards and visual aids to support decision-making.
