About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Ethics Professional to join our team at IAG GBS. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the IAG GBS Compliance Officer in implementing and maintaining a culture of integrity and compliance across the organization.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence checks to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to business stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure our compliance programs remain effective and relevant.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, including anti-bribery and anti-money laundering laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
