About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. as a Transformer Design Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software platforms for designing transformers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of software platforms.
- Collaborate with factories and end-users to understand their needs and pain points.
- Deliver test cases to ensure sustainable quality of design platforms.
- Work closely with developers to specify requirements, support implementation, and verify work done.
- Prepare training materials and lead test sessions with end-users.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of transformers and experience as a transformer designer.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation, including drawings.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools, especially Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and plan tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in working in groups to achieve common targets.
