Job Overview:

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support for streaming services, ensuring customers have a seamless experience.
  • Assist with contract and billing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage customer complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Serve both B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support.
  • Engage in outbound calls for administrative tasks, such as gathering feedback or late payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • A strong service-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish (C1 level), and English (B2).
  • Superior communication skills, including active listening.
  • Administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Capacity to perform soft selling and upselling.

  • Previous experience with CRM systems.
