Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Monitoring open items on vendor accounts and executing tasks accordingly
  • Taking care of reconciliation of open items on vendor's accounts and reducing their number
  • Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • Reporting, analysing, and managing items on vendor accounts within the system
  • Contacting suppliers and Heineken employees as needed

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
  • German language proficiency at B2/C1 level
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of SAP software
  • Understanding of PTP process, structure, and organisation
  • Good analytical skills
  • Able to focus on details
  • Maintains self-discipline
  • Strong problem-solving skills
