Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and forging new partnerships within the e-commerce domain.

This exceptional opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with influential players in the global ecosystem, leveraging your expertise to build and manage business partner relationships, including C-level connections.

Key responsibilities include ongoing communication and support for existing BaseLinker partners, cultivating relationships with new partners, analyzing and expanding existing partnerships, and collaborating with other departments to enhance product offerings.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building and managing business partner relationships, including C-level connections
  • Strong understanding of the Polish and international e-commerce markets
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and independent work skills
  • Fluent English proficiency (C2 level/native)
  • Proactive approach and high level of intrinsic motivation
