Overview
Bruker, a leading analytical instrumentation company, is seeking a talented individual to fill a Junior HR Administration Specialist role in Warsaw, Poland. This position will be based at the Bruker Business Support Center, which provides a range of business services across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for employee inquiries, including email and telephone assistance.
- Administer employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.
- Manage time-off requests, including sick leaves and long-term absences.
- Assist in the preparation of employee documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
- Support the hiring process.
- Perform back-office tasks for learning management, including database maintenance and document filing.
- Coordinate with external service providers.
- Administer benefits.
- Ensure accurate data maintenance and review discrepancies.
- Prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in HR.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1 level or higher).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes and HRIS tools, such as SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, even when not colocated.
- Attention to detail and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Strong business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.
