Overview

Bruker, a leading analytical instrumentation company, is seeking a talented individual to fill a Junior HR Administration Specialist role in Warsaw, Poland. This position will be based at the Bruker Business Support Center, which provides a range of business services across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide first-level support for employee inquiries, including email and telephone assistance.
  2. Administer employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, from hire to retire.
  3. Manage time-off requests, including sick leaves and long-term absences.
  4. Assist in the preparation of employee documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
  5. Support the hiring process.
  6. Perform back-office tasks for learning management, including database maintenance and document filing.
  7. Coordinate with external service providers.
  8. Administer benefits.
  9. Ensure accurate data maintenance and review discrepancies.
  10. Prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities.

Qualifications

  1. Previous work experience in HR.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1 level or higher).
  3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  5. Familiarity with HR processes and HRIS tools, such as SuccessFactors.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team, even when not colocated.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to build positive working relationships.
  8. Strong business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.
