Job Title: Junior HR and Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior HR and Administration Specialist to join our team at Freeport Metrics. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for handling various HR activities and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal files and documentation, including new hire contracts, annexes, and medical check-ups.
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
  • Responsible for office administration, including management of office supplies, preparation and placement of orders, and contact with vendors.
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR and office-related topics, such as absences, personal information updates, benefits, and more.
  • Support Team Leads in HR or office-related tasks, as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Polish (fluent).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-managed, reliable, and proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Available at least 4 days a week.
