We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Dover Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and administering payroll and HR activities for our Poland organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review payroll and HR administration activities for Poland
  • Work closely with external providers to ensure compliance
  • Administer HR documentation for employees, contractors, and foreigners
  • Manage working time accounting, holiday, sickness, and maternity absences
  • Enter, change, and control data in HR and payroll systems
  • Prepare payroll data and verify data correctness
  • Answer employee queries on Labor Law and Payroll legislation
  • Conduct training for new employees
  • Prepare analyzes, reports, and evaluations
  • Participate in HR and payroll administration projects
  • Administer benefits and maintain HR IT tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing and calculating Polish payroll
  • Experience with ADP and SAP Success Factors
  • Very good knowledge of Polish labor law, social security, and personal tax regulations
  • Native/Fluent Polish and very good level of English
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and good work organization
