This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in leading teams and managing payroll projects.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in business administration or equivalent, with extensive experience in Polish payroll regulations and processes.

You will be responsible for overseeing the time and attendance policy, system, and reporting, as well as ensuring absence time management system issues and concerns are well-maintained.

  • Review and approve payroll signoffs as necessary.
  • Manage cooperation with Company's external payroll and benefits vendors, ensuring proper benefit programs administration.
  • Ensure the new employee onboarding process related to payroll, leave of absence, and benefits orientation is being conducted in cooperation with HR Agenda.
  • Implement and maintain payroll best practices and drive payroll projects to ensure quality and improvement.
