Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales, VP of Product, or General Manager) in a software house or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in participating in and winning public tenders, including knowledge of tender processes and compliance regulations.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, particularly in the public procurement sector.
  • Understanding of software product management, from ideation to market launch, with a focus on automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with legal and procedural aspects of public tenders, including electronic procurement platforms and compliance standards.

In addition, ideal candidates should possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work with both private and government entities, as well as experience in scaling SaaS products, managing product-market fit, and driving revenue growth.
