Revvity is a leading technology company seeking an experienced Senior HRIM Analyst to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in Workday compensation module configuration, business process design, and security framework optimization.

Job Description

The Senior HRIM Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our global Workday compensation module, including designing, developing, and implementing new features and functionality.

  • Design, build, test, and deploy business process and security solutions for Workday HR Modules.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to translate business requirements into technical specifications, design, develop, test, and deploy in production.
  • Manage Workday upgrades and changes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Maintain and support Workday security frameworks, streamlining roles and role assignments for enhanced security.
  • Work with project teams on various Workday implementation and optimization projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document and build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for existing and new processes, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline processes, partnering with HR leaders to implement changes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Support the compensation team and reporting analytics globally on Workday technology-specific matters on a day-to-day basis.
  • Troubleshoot security and business process issues requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday solution.
  • Work on acquisitions to integrate new companies from a technology standpoint, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Build and document test scenarios for testing new processes or features, ensuring thorough validation.
  • Guide cross-functional teams on configuration and testing strategies, promoting effective collaboration.
  • Design and provide solutions for automating various HR processes by leveraging technology, enhancing productivity.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices to streamline current processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Work with integration and cross-functional teams to resolve integration and data issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate within the team to develop new processes as dependencies arise across multiple Workday modules.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HR, IT, or Business.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday compensation module configuration, including configuration experience (mandatory).
  • 5+ years of general HRIS experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated configuration experience across Workday modules, including business process and security framework configuration.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling employee information.
