- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, ensuring efficient issue resolution and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written French skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week working from the office).
- Residing in Poland required.
