About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong analytical and communication skills to work in a hybrid environment. As a Technical Customer Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer issue resolution processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer issues related to billing, collections, and complaint management.
- Build credibility and trust with customers and businesses through efficient CIR resolution processing.
- Interpret policies and regulations, investigate problems, and communicate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Analytical skills to interpret information, examine variables, conclude, and assess alternative methods.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Issue Resolution or Complaints handling.
- Advanced English and Dutch language skills.
- Experience with customer service processes and systems, such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and short-term planning skills.
