About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team. As a multilingual customer service employee, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our foreign customer service teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints via email, telephone, or chat
- Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues through various channels
- Maintaining accurate records and data in our CRM system
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in English and another language (such as Spanish, Swedish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, or Greek)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08.00-17.00 (including one hour lunch break)
