Job Title: Multilingual Customer Service Employee

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team. As a multilingual customer service employee, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our foreign customer service teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints via email, telephone, or chat
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues through various channels
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our CRM system
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and another language (such as Spanish, Swedish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, or Greek)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08.00-17.00 (including one hour lunch break)
