Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner? We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Advisor to join our international team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in customer service, while working with a dynamic and innovative company. As a Technical Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, presenting product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries regarding their customer experience
  • Deliver high-quality answers and solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Mentor and present product/service information to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the success of your department by delivering excellent results

Your Benefits:

  • Type of contract: one year or 6 months contract
  • Working hours: full time or part time options on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
  1. Salary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ - 1.000€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
  2. Excluding accommodation: 1.300 - 1.400€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
