Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Technical Support Engineers to achieve business objectives around customer satisfaction, metrics attainment, and operational excellence.
  • Setting team goals in alignment with global support objectives and assisting direct reports in defining and achieving individual goals.
  • Ensuring direct reports use resources, tools, information, and processes necessary to deliver effective technical solutions to customers.
  • Developing and delivering creative business solutions for complex problems.

In addition, you will collaborate with other departments such as Dev Engineering, Account Management, Customer Success, and Support Operations to drive customer success.
