About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual operational budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of events.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify new revenue streams and develop existing ones, maximizing value for money.
  • Identify and mitigate show risks across supplier onboarding, health and safety, and security.
  • Implement best practices and solutions, encouraging innovation across the Operations group.
  • Support the development of briefs and designs for stand designs, pavilions, features, signage, and sponsor opportunities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in event operations management, with a track record of delivering large-scale events or exhibitions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate staff, and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in event management software and familiarity with digital tools that enhance event operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
