Position Overview

As a Customer Care Representative with Spanish skills, you'll play a vital role in processing incoming sales orders, reviewing customer instructions, and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders in SAP software with precision and accuracy.
  • Review customer orders to ensure completeness and correctness of delivery instructions.
  • Interface effectively with customers, sales, operations, and finance teams.
  • Invoice customers according to relevant documentation.
  • Provide exceptional phone and email support to customers and sales teams.
  • Log and resolve customer complaints and invoice correction requests.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer care and sales order processing.
  • Excellent MS-Office skills and SAP knowledge (an asset).
