About this RoleThis role focuses on opportunity generation through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods, driving sales opportunities and qualified pipeline.
The ideal candidate will develop territory and account strategies to create meaningful outreach, intriguing and captivating decision-makers across multiple channels.
Collaboration is key; you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership, and Business Development peers to focus, learn, adapt, and evolve.
You'll cultivate a deep understanding of your target market using tools like 6Sense to drive insights and focus.

We're seeking individuals with:
1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
Exceptional communication skills in English and Norwegian.
Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels.
A customer-centric mindset with a performance-driven attitude.
A thirst to learn and challenge yourself in Business Development.
Proactivity and self-reliance, taking initiative in actions.
In-depth knowledge of the sales/discovery/qualification process.
The ability to balance independence with team success, taking pride in collective achievements.
