Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our D&T division, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering projects in accordance with Agile processes and governance. Your primary objective will be to drive business value optimization and prioritize projects in alignment with our Product Teams and Functional Domains.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of delivering complete solutions/products to secure business value optimization
  • Confirming business requirements, solution architecture, and defining project boundaries and scope, including alignment with Product Teams
  • Defining and managing projects to optimize business value
  • Ensuring business requirements are translated into solutions and products that align with our IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and current products within Product Teams
  • Monitoring and reporting on planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials, and risks in accordance with Agile principles
  • Developing and managing execution, deployment, and transition plans across Product Teams, functions, and Operating Companies
  • Proactively identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and impediments during project lifecycles
  • Defining, planning, requesting, and securing resources/skills to meet project and program requirements
  • Ensuring a unified way of working within the Agile Project Management team
  • Ensuring transitions in the business are guided professionally and in alignment with D&T, Functional Domains, Competence Centers, and Regional IT Leads
  • Driving and managing projects in an Agile manner
  • Promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility as an Agile ambassador

You will be a good candidate if you have:

  • A master's degree
  • Agile Programme Management certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-APC, APMG)
  • Professional qualification in a structured, industry-accepted standard project management methodology (advanced) Practitioner and/or Managing Successful Programmes (advanced) Practitioner
  • Proven experience in leading transformational projects in developing centralized capabilities and migrating/deploying to Operating Companies in multiple geographic locations, time zones, and cultures
  • Experience in business transformation and change management considering process re-design and target operating model optimization
  • Experience in managing external vendors, resources, and contracts
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language and vice versa
  • Fluency in English
