Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Sales Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific.

About the Role: As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert technical product and clinical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab staff, on the effective and safe use of our capital equipment during case procedures within assigned geography.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how our products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and identify key decision-makers to facilitate future sales.
  • Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to divisional goals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Promote our products through education of current and potential customers and implant within a defined region by providing clinical education, sales strategy, and support for complex issues.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions.
  • Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of our technologies and components.
  • Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development for our capital equipment and catheters.
  • Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac ablation components, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscape.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of medical equipment sales/clinical experience or
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in an operating room experience.
  • Cardiac-related field experience is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
  • Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
