Purpose and Impact:

The Store Manager will contribute to the store's profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets, managing resources, and driving the proper execution of established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns Store KPIs and ensures team awareness of KPIs and their contribution to maximizing sales and minimizing loss.
  • Identifies and addresses improvement areas in the store, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed.
  • Leads service standards CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE by example, maximizing time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor.
  • Schedules staff to serve consumers, drive sales, and execute tasks.
  • Ensures legal and financial integrity of the store.
  • Is a Brand advocate, ensuring in-store Brand execution according to established standards and directives.
  • Trains store team members on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge.
  • Leads the team in connecting consumers to relevant digital and omnichannel tools for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Manages store operations in a systematic and efficient manner, following established policies and procedures.
  • Ensures Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained.
  • Processes merchandise deliveries on the same day they arrive and makes the entire product offer available and accessible to customers.
  • Processes cash register transactions quickly and accurately, following loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Complies with operational policies and procedures and ensures team members comply.
  • Implements improvements to operations and processes contributing to store performance.
  • Works with a team-first mindset, respecting colleagues, and contributes to an inclusive and welcoming work environment.
  • Recruits and trains store team members.
  • Ensures HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Creates a high-performance culture by leading and coaching team, setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and giving feedback.
  • Identifies and develops strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a sports and/or fashion customer- and/or commercial-focused retail environment.
  • At least 1 year experience as Store Manager or at least 18 months experience in store management team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
  • Focus on processes and consumer.
  • Fluent Polish and English knowledge.
