We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to lead our team in developing cutting-edge banking solutions. As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new applications, as well as contributing to enhancements and modifications of existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in developing Java-based backend services using the Spring framework
  • Design and implement novel tools, frameworks, and methodologies to construct enduring software solutions
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and establish and oversee team performance metrics
  • Identify training requirements and deliver coaching to team members
  • Actively listen to team members' feedback and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience in leading a team
  • Proficient in Java with a strong background in developing backend services using the Spring framework
  • Good knowledge of Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Skilled in working with SQL/No SQL databases such as Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, Redis, or Elastic Search
  • Proficient in using ORM tools like Entity Framework, n Hibernate, and Hibernate
  • Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure OR AWS OR Google Cloud)
