The successful candidate will have a strong background in games localization and content services, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving innovation and efficiency in games content services. They will also have a deep understanding of translation production processes and challenges, as well as experience working with multilingual content including non-roman alphabets and non-European languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality games content services.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in games content services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and games localization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, linguistics, translation studies).
  • 10+ years' experience in games localization and content services.
