Purpose and Scope

This role will focus on delivering Payroll Services across our Eastern Europe Region. The Senior Payroll Coordinator will work closely with the Global Payroll Center of Excellence to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates in Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly payroll processing activities, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, completely, and in compliance with all regulations.
  • Deliver all year-end payroll processes, guaranteeing seamless execution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to the current payroll process and systems, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Ensure all SOX compliant controls relevant to the payroll process are executed, maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
  • Support with internal and external audit and tax-related activities, including preparation of data and evidence as required.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to address queries and resolve ad-hoc payroll requests promptly.
  • Develop positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful collaborations and respond to internal payroll inquiries efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1-2 years of payroll operational experience in Polish payroll, with a strong understanding of regional regulations.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  4. SAP/Workday/Alight vendor experience a plus, with knowledge of Platnik program highly desirable.
