About the Role
  • This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by providing expert advisory, adoption guidance, and metrics analysis to drive business value.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with customers, C-level executives, and internal teams to align product development and support activities with the customer's business case and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, participate in sales orientation, develop excellent relationships with C-level executives, and advise on possible solutions delivered by Saviynt's product.
  • Relationship Building: Develop deep understanding of customer's identity and access governance landscape and business challenges, advise on possible solutions delivered by Saviynt's product, and partner with internal teams to align product development and support activities.
  • Account Planning: Develop accurate account plan/success plan for each customer, monitor key performance indicators, and review monthly for necessary corrective actions.
  • Education and Training: Plan education for customers on new features and releases, manage renewal pipeline, and assist with delivery projects.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and Experience: Required knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, and/or compliance background; identity security practitioner preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on knowledge and experience in IAM and Security space, strong knowledge of cloud architecture, on-premise IT landscape, consulting, implementation of IT systems, security and compliance requirements, communication skills, issue tracking, triaging, crisis management, team player, process improvement, decision making, managing processes, planning, analysing information, developing standards, service excellence, proactivity, willing to travel up to 20%.
