Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with delivery and engineering managers to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive and engaging work culture.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the global team to create and maintain HR processes and policies, both globally and regionally.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in HR and people processes.
