E-commerce Sales Support
Your responsibilities
- Support the growth of our e-commerce store josera.pl through various online activities, such as promotions, projects, and content creation.
- Prepare and implement effective promotions, forecasting sales, and analyzing data to optimize online marketing efforts.
- Assist in the analysis and reporting of online marketing KPIs, providing insights for business growth.
- Work on different e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless customer support and interface functions.
- Provide direct customer support for the Josera.pl store through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
Our requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital and e-commerce, with a strong understanding of shop systems and data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent customer service and process understanding, with high self-responsibility to work independently on tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level) and willingness to travel occasionally to our offices in Poznań or Nowy Tomyśl.
