Job Title: Product Delivery Manager - Lobby

Job Description:

At Evolution, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our Lobby Product. As a Product Delivery Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the product development, delivery, and required governance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and shape-up the product vision and goals.
* Lead a cross-functional development team to develop and maintain Lobby products.
* Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product vision within the team, facilitating informed decision-making in daily operations.
* Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the promotional products cover all functional, compliance, and technical requirements.
* Compose written specifications, ensuring that functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detail.
* Own the product roadmap and continuously align with the product organization on deliveries, securing successful outcomes.
* Define the scope and effectively plan the teamwork by creating schedules/timelines, tracking deliverables, assessing risks, controlling the budget, and reporting on deviations.
* Define long-term, short-term (OKRs), and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approach.
* Ensure that new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance in a B2B2C environment.
* Engage with Data Science and Data Analysis teams to improve our Recommendation Systems (AI/ML) and find new opportunities for product growth.
* Cooperate with other Product Delivery Managers on process improvements and contribute to building an efficient development process throughout the organization.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years experience as a product manager/owner or business analyst in the tech industry is imperative.
* A minimum of 2 years working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in a Product Owner or Scrum Master role or a formal certification and 1 year of relevant experience.
* Experience working with complex products with multiple dependencies.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A product mindset and analytical skills, necessary to define product metrics and focus on driving change.
* A good level of technical understanding of how tech systems are built and operate.
* Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
* You can work at both the team and studio levels, taking the bigger picture into account.
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
* Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently as well as part of a team.

Additional Points:

* Additional points for Product experience with: iGaming or games industry, Recommendation engines, AI and ML products, E-commerce.
