Job Title: Product Delivery Manager - Game Team Lead

At Evolution, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Manager to lead our Game Team and drive the success of our award-winning games portfolio. As a key member of our Live Games Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development, delivery, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the scope and effectively plan the teamwork of the biggest game development team, responsible for the most important company games.
  • Give birth to a new games/project: from a concept page in Confluence to a go-live stage. Full responsibility for a release, development, and maintenance cycle.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and shape-up the product vision and goals.
  • Receive permanent feedback/requests from C-level management.
  • Handle burning issues occurred with your product or somehow affiliated with it.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product vision within the team, facilitating informed decision-making in daily operations.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the products cover all functional, compliance, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure that functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detail.
  • Owning the product roadmap and continuously aligning with the product organization on deliveries, securing successful outcomes.
  • Define long-term, short-term (OKRs), and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approach.
  • Ensure that new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance in a B2B/B2C environment.
  • Cooperate with other Product Delivery Managers on process improvements and contribute to building an efficient development process throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Product Delivery Manager or Business Analyst in the tech industry is imperative.
  • A minimum of 2 years working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or a formal certification and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with complex products with multiple dependencies.
  • Experience at building/operating with the UI/UX systems and products; sense of style and taste.
  • Excellent or even outstanding communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • A product mindset and analytical skills, necessary to define product metrics and focus on driving change.
  • A good level of technical understanding of how tech systems are built and operate.
  • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • An ability to take the bigger picture into account, diving at not only yours domain area, be pro-active and interested at the things happening around.
  • Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently as well as part of a team.
