About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
  • Manage the development and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are aligned with our company's standards.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to develop and enhance Data & Analytics products, driving business value through advanced analytics.
  • Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritizing features and user stories based on business requirements.
  • Ensure Data & Analytics product consistency, following Mondelez standards and architectural guidance.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to drive innovation, leveraging AI, ML, and NLP to create business impacts.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize dashboards.
  • Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of IT and business/CPG or FMCG industry work experience.
  • BI, PMP, Scrum Master Certification a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of analytics experience, as well as Business intelligence (BI) experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis.
