About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Allegro, a leading e-commerce company. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative logistics solutions that enhance the delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into new functionalities
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Develop product roadmaps and timelines, and manage the delivery of features and enhancements
  • Facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in logistics, e-commerce delivery speed estimation, or supply chain optimization
  • A strong data science background, proficiency in Python and SQL will be an advantage
  • A track record of building or supervising the development of forecasting and logistics optimization models
  • Track record of implementations in logistics or e-commerce domains
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of implementing successful data-driven technology solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with agility
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce, logistics, and delivery optimization
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in an agile working environment
  • Strong leadership qualities to drive team motivation and project success
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
