Product Manager with UX Specialty

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager with a passion for user experience and cryptocurrency to drive the success of our crypto solutions. As a Product Manager with UX Specialty, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's strategy and user experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in alignment with our overall business strategy and objectives. Define and manage the product strategy for our crypto offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect, analyze, and incorporate customer feedback into our product development cycle. Understand, benchmark, and research market and customer to identify product opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product success and influence improvements, utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as the strategic link between customer needs, market trends, and our company's vision. Work closely with internal teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to formulate and execute the product strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market size, customer segmentation, pricing models, and integration possibilities.
  • UX & Crypto Solution Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX principles with blockchain and crypto solutions. Ensure the user experience is at the forefront of all crypto product developments. Regularly review and analyze user feedback to implement UX enhancements.
  • Concept Development: Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new product modules and features. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively. Collaborate with designers and developers to bring new modules from concept to launch.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager, preferably with a focus on crypto or fintech products.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end product development processes.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem. Alternatively, strong experience in finance/fintech products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
