About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our DEX (Delivery Experience) Engine domain at Allegro. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistics processes to ensure that parcels are delivered quickly and cost-efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into new functionalities
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with multiple teams of engineers
  • Develop product roadmaps and timelines, and manage the delivery of features and enhancements
  • Facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in logistics, ecommerce delivery speed estimation or supply chain optimization
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of implementing successful data-driven technology solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in ecommerce, ecommerce logistics and delivery optimization
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in an agile working environment
  • Strong leadership qualities to drive team motivation and project success
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
