About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Sardina Systems. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, communicating the value proposition to these customers, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Sardina solutions to prospective customers and channel partners
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and account teams to drive revenue growth
  • Pre-sale tasks, such as design, quotation, product presentations, and negotiation, as well as post-sales operations like contracting, order submission, and lifecycle support
  • Process customer feedback to improve products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customers efficiently
  • Manage a portfolio of business engagements and take control of personal pipeline
  • Coordinate and plan with technical teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management position
  • Clear understanding of cloud computing, particularly in the OpenStack, Kubernetes, VMware, Nutanix, Ceph markets
  • Experience in B2B
  • Understanding of business, partner, and customer needs and ability to design end-to-end product solutions
  • Experience in a fast-paced growth environment or entrepreneurial experience
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to prioritize projects and select business opportunities
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless, and a proven closer
  • In-depth knowledge of working in the local market, with a strong network and direct connections to various stakeholders
  • Passionate about technology in general and cloud in particular
  • Strong product positioning skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High degree of motivation and target-driven
  • Ability to rapidly understand product positioning and research other players in similar areas
  • Patient, methodical, and diligent approach to understanding prospects, customers, and channel partners
  • High degree of responsibility, a strong sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize needs
  • Fluent in English (language skills in Russian, German, Dutch, French, Swedish would be a plus)
