About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to oversee the distribution of our animation content worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating licensing agreements and expanding business opportunities.
The primary goal for this position is to establish partnerships with TV channels, VOD channels, and expand ZeptoLab's video content presence worldwide. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
Main Responsibilities:- Negotiate and manage licensing agreements with TV channels, VOD channels, and online streaming platforms;
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential partners;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business strategies and expand market reach;
- Monitor financial performance and evaluate new deal proposals;
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to promote our animation series.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in business development and sales related to animation content distribution;
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills;
- Fluent or native English;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
