Job Title: Senior Compliance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our Global Compliance Transaction Monitoring Team, you will play a critical role in assisting us in mitigating money laundering, sanctions, and terrorist financing compliance risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring client transactions conducted through our accounts on a risk basis, with a particular emphasis on high-risk products, services, customers, and geographic locations.
  • AML Investigations: You will conduct AML investigations, complete all processes in connection with Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), and update policies and procedures when necessary.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: You should be familiar with all US laws and regulations related to the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the USA PATRIOT Act.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our teams to ensure that our AML surveillance and monitoring program is effective and efficient.
  • Special Projects: You may be involved in special projects related to the AML surveillance and monitoring program.

Requirements:

  • 6+ Years of Experience: You should have at least 6 years of experience in a transaction monitoring investigative role, preferably in the private banking and wealth management industry.
  • AML Knowledge: You should have comprehensive understanding of AML, OFAC, and the USA PATRIOT Act.
  • Technical Skills: You should have experience with GIFTS transaction monitoring system or other automated transaction monitoring vendor software.
  • Communication Skills: You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You should have great interpersonal skills and be able to guide and advise the business on AML/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/OFAC issues.
  • Education: You should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
