About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of purchase transaction connectivity, invoice processing, and accounts payable in the ERP implementation project. This involves defining and implementing ERP functionalities for the area, overseeing implementation, and providing training to ensure efficient and high-quality process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the invoice processing and accounts payable process area.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the finance ERP renewal project.
- Define and blueprint ERP functionalities for your area.
- Oversee implementation and training.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require expertise in selected ERP technology (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), in-depth knowledge of AP processes and invoice processing, familiarity with connectivity standards and national requirements, experience in identifying, planning, and executing development projects, strong analytical skills, and end-to-end process thinking, as well as a proven track record in accounts payable and invoice processing implementation projects.
