We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Development Specialist to join our team in Pabianice, Poland.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation and expertise in inhaled drug development.

As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing and executing formulation trials, analytical testing, and evaluating stability data to finalize formulation composition.

Your tasks will also include literature search and review, risk assessment for formulation and process development, troubleshooting unresolved or new formula issues, and supporting technology transfer from laboratory scale to production scale.

Additionally, you will actively participate in obtaining patents for products and processes and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders involved in product development.

With a strong background in science, medicine, pharma, or a relevant field, you will possess excellent English language skills (B2) and knowledge of GMP regulations.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer an attractive salary of approximately $75,000 per annum, which is competitive in the industry.
