Pharmaceutical Formulation Specialist

Our Client, a globally renowned Pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Pharmaceutical Formulation Scientist to join their growing R&D team.

You will be responsible for the formulation development of inhaled medicines and some solid forms as well. Working with cutting-edge solutions, you can count on your team to support you with any challenges. They always look for the best possible solutions together.

Since you will be working with innovative solutions, you should expect to do a lot of research in non-Polish scientific literature.

The team work mainly on-site, in the Pabianice lab, but you can occasionally work from home. You can take a company bus to get to the lab.

You should expect some business travels as well.

Your tasks will include:

• Literature search and review as well as risk assessment for formulation and process development
• Designing and executing formulation trials, analytical testing and evaluating stability data to finalize formulation composition
• Troubleshooting any unresolved or new formula issues
• Developing and optimizing DPI process from lab to pilot scale
• Supporting technology transfer for manufacturing processes from laboratory scale to production scale
• Actively participating in obtaining patents for products and processes
• Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders involved in product development

Your qualifications & skills:

• Min. 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation
• Experience with inhaled drugs
• Good English (B2)
• Knowledge of GMP regulations
• Degree in Science, Medicine, Pharma, or other relevant fields
