Pharmaceutical Formulation Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Formulation Development Specialist to join our growing R&D team at a globally renowned Pharmaceutical company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the formulation development of inhaled medicines and some solid forms. Working with cutting-edge solutions, you can count on your team to support you with any challenges.

Our team works mainly on-site in the Pabianice lab, but you can occasionally work from home. You can take advantage of our company bus to get to the lab.

You should expect some business travels as well.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Literature search and review as well as risk assessment for formulation and process development
• Designing and executing formulation trials, analytical testing, and evaluating stability data to finalize formulation composition
• Troubleshooting any unresolved or new formula issues
• Developing and optimizing DPI process from lab to pilot scale
• Supporting technology transfer for manufacturing processes from laboratory scale to production scale
• Actively participating in obtaining patents for products and processes
• Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders involved in product development

We offer a competitive salary of 80,000 - 120,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.
