We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Formulation Development Expert to join our team at Grafton Recruitment Sp. z o.o.

As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the formulation development of inhaled medicines and some solid forms.

You will work with cutting-edge solutions, utilizing your expertise to drive innovation and improve product quality.

Your tasks will include:

  • Literature search and review as well as risk assessment for formulation and process development
  • Designing and executing formulation trials, analytical testing and evaluating stability data to finalize formulation composition
  • Troubleshooting any unresolved or new formula issues
  • Developing and optimizing DPI process from lab to pilot scale
  • Supporting technology transfer for manufacturing processes from laboratory scale to production scale
  • Actively participating in obtaining patents for products and processes
  • Coordinating with external and internal stakeholders involved in product development

With a strong background in pharmaceutical formulation, you will be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our company.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a yearly bonus, project bonuses, private medical care, vouchers and pre-paid cards, subsidized courses and trainings, life insurance, and remote work opportunities.
