We are seeking a seasoned Lead Accounting Professional to join our finance department. In this role, you will oversee full IFRS and tax accounting processes, including ledgers and accounting procedures. This position also involves collaborating with various departments, such as Controlling, HR, tax and legal office, and Finance Department at the Group level.

The responsibilities of this position include preparing declarations for the tax office, handling external reporting, and cooperating with external institutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing international settlements, including knowledge of exchange rates and foreign invoice conversion.

You will lead an accounting team and ensure the professional development of employees. You will also be responsible for recruiting new team members and supporting the implementation of our Group's ERP system and aligning accounting and reporting processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an independent accounting position and managing an accounting team. You should also possess knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS), supported by practical work experience. Furthermore, you should have expertise in financial and accounting processes and financial reporting, as well as experience working with ERP-type software.

A strong understanding of financial markets and trends is essential for success in this role. Fluency in English (at least B2) is required.
