About the Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting the Department Head and his Management Team with various administrative tasks, including managing internal HR-related processes, creating and settling orders, and ensuring effective communication with external IT suppliers' representatives.

You will also oversee software license consumption, prepare reports, and assist in policy creation, all while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Your Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), and demonstrate a proactive attitude. Experience with SAP/SRM is a bonus.
